What delivery to New York costs
New York is in our East Coast freight zone: $250 per order, free on orders over $1,500. Freight is curbside, typically 3–7 business days, and the carrier calls to book a day. Apartment buildings: let us know about loading docks or lift access in the delivery notes.
NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, Syracuse
We ship to all five boroughs, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, Central and Western New York and the North Country. City customers usually prefer 20 kg boxes — clean, compact and easy to carry up stairs.
New York's firewood rules
New York regulates firewood brought into the state: out-of-state firewood must be heat-treated and labeled as "New York Approved Heat-treated Firewood/Pest Free" with the producer's name and address. We check every New York order against the current NYS Department of Environmental Conservation rules before it ships; if an order can't meet them, we cancel and refund it in full.
Best formats for New York
